Apple Orchard Crunch

Ingredients:
2 T (heaping) Apple Butter
¼ t cinnamon
½ t Vanilla
40g Sugar (~3T)
150g Milk (2/3c)
150g Heavy Cream (2/3c)
Cookie pieces

Mix the Apple Butter, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla together and then stir in the milk. Continue stirring until the sugar is dissolved (there may be apple pieces but that's OK!) Mix in the cream. 

Churn in the Tern for about 5 minutes. Add the cookie pieces as a mix in at the end. You can use oatmeal cookie to be more like an apple crisp or a butter cookie to be more like apple pie crust. Crumble some on top for presentation.
